your personal data. Your
accurate birth data is needed to set up charts in order to talk over the
topics you want to discuss. She is not a psychic She is a professional
astrologer who analyzes your natal chart to extract information for your
particular cycle and trends.
You will then hit the submit button and
proceed to the PayPal credit card payment page to make your payment for the
consultation.
When you are done with the payment
process you must call her to set up a day and time you want to talk to her
by telephone.
Or, you can mail her a money-order in US
currency to pay for a one half hour consultation for $49.95, made out to
Patricia Hanus. You must call her for an appointment date and time. Be
prepared to give her your birth data, year, time (am/pm), and birth
location.

Below is the form you must
fill out. Use your birth certificate. Your exact data information is
required: month, day, year, time am/pm and place of birth, which is the city
or town and state if you live in the US. If you do not lie in the US give
the month, day year, time am/pm of your birth and the closest largest town
and country. Please make sure the spelling is accurate.
Birth information should be
taken from the birth certificate for accuracy and not from baby books or
mom's memory. An error of four minutes can make a big difference.
When you have completed filling in your birth data click on the submit
button and it will take you to a form in which to provide your payment
information through PayPal.
